Classic Corrupted ashbringer artifact appearance

So i want to get the corrupted ashbringer black/red and yellow color variations but i dont have the original one which you get after you fish an item or something. However i do have the holy hidden artifact appearance and ive heard that if i complete the requirments (200wq,1k kills) with the holy one i also get the appearances of the retribution weapon.
