Targeting add-on help

Hey yall, looking for help trying to find an add on. Looking for something that puts a mark over my current target kind of like cross hairs add on does (https://ift.tt/3dO8Vyq) but without the giant lines going across the screen, just the mark above the target head. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated, thank you!
