Rogue Enery Bug during Vael

Tonight during the Vael encounter, there was a period of about 15 seconds where I had 0 energy regen. I had the debuff, although it wasn’t providing any energy, nor were the natural rogue energy ticks working at all. So I basically just sat there and auto attacked. Right before this happened I had just vanished, but I’m not sure if related. After the 15 or so seconds, energy started regening like normal.Curious if anyone else has had this happen, or know what might cause it?
