Classic Where to start as a boosted character?

So I played mainly alliance at the beginning of BFA and got to 120 and so on then quit shortly after launch. My friend recently bought me a boost to come back to the game and play with him as horde. My issue now is I don’t know where to start exactly. I don’t have pathfinder yet so I didn’t know if I should start the zone quest lines, do the war campaign, or where to start the stuff for the cloak?
