Professions Question - Hunter

So I just dinged 60 as a Hunter and finally want to start doing some tribute runs. I've gotten my mining to 300 and my enchanting is ~125 skill. I'm at a crossroads where I'm finding it hard to drop mining for Engineering (despite having all the mats to get to 300 Engi).Is the GPH gain worth it to pick up Enchanting and sacrifice my Mining skill? I'm also thinking about the potential future if BC hits eventually.Would love some advice here as its seeming so hard to part ways with Mining!Cheers
