Classic Edwin VanCleef Spawn

Hello!​I have been running Deadmines to try and get the Defias leather transmog set, but no matter how many times I run it Edwin VanCleef does not spawn at the end. I am sure I am doing something wrong, but I have not been able to figure it out no matter how many times I google it.​Does anyone have any insight into this? via /r/wow https://ift.tt/2PBXOzp
