Vanilla veteran coming back with server question(s)

Howdy anyone who reads this,Once I finish my new PC build I plan on getting classic and have a question about which server to join. I plan on playing horde, but would like to join a server that isn't horribly skewed in population ratio. PvE, or PvP, I'm easy going. If anyone has any insight into a decent server is greatly appreciate it.
