Classic I used to be a hardcore raider in Catsclysm. Now I can only play about 3 hours a night..

What are my options? Can I still raid and get through content at my own pace or am I relegated to just doing dungeons? Is LFR still a thing?I’m just looking to get back into the game because I loved it and I’d love to get back into it via /r/wow https://ift.tt/33zOiRz
