Classic Boosted character artifact

Sooo, as soon as i boost it to 110 i can get my artifact weapon supposedly, quest requires to do a dungeon, but ofc boosted characters cant enter legacy content instances, not even when they ask me to. It is 24h wait, not that much, but still... feels real bad via /r/wow https://ift.tt/2q6KpWt
