Classic Question about raiding

Hi, i've just come back to wow after taking a break when my warrior reached max level. I did no dungeons or raiding and only leveled from quests so i don't know much about the raiding scene. I want to try a new class and this time around try and join and guild, but i'm struggling because i don't want to be not accepted into a guild or new raids because my class isn't as good as others.
