Classic is there a way to enable fullscreen in classic wow?

my pc isn't the best i average about 12 fps and i remember being able to enable fullscreen then downscale the res to get better fps but i can no longer do that, is there some other way or am i screwed. via /r/wow https://ift.tt/2zCXs34
