Classic Brawler's Guild

I recently came back to wow after taking a break. One thing I missed was the Brawler's guild, but i think it's bugged. I went to do a brawl and after i defeated the enemy it didnt give me credit. It just waited till the timer ran out and set me on fire lol. Is this a problem thats been going on for a while?
