How many of you guys have the time lost proto drake? How many hours did you dedicate to get it?

How much regrowth do you guys use in mythic+ dungeons considering some high priority interrupts are missed occasionally and players take avoidable damage as well. Do you use regrowth frequently to save your cooldowns for these occasions because you expect these screwups or just heal using regular hots and cooldowns because that is the ideal thing to do? I am doing 10+-2 dungeons right now either full pubs or with up to 2-3 of my buddies via /r/wow https://ift.tt/ivER3Pu

Do you guys manage to stay in the level ranges he outlines in the guide? I always complete Silverpine + Hillsbrad before hitting 30-31, and have to spend a long time in Spires of Arak at the end to make up for it. Am I doing something wrong?
